Capabilities
Cutting, bending, welding, e-coating, powder coating, weaving, upholstery, inspection and export packing — all under one roof in Huzhou, Zhejiang. Vertical integration is what lets us hold tolerance and lead time on volume programmes.
Six disciplines, one facility.
Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China · 40,000 m²
-
01
In-house R&D and sample workshop
Our design team develops new collections each season and produces samples from technical drawings, renderings or reference samples. Typical sample lead time is 10–15 days.
-
02
Metal fabrication and welding
Tube bending, CNC cutting, robotic and manual TIG welding, and jig-based assembly across four production lines.
-
03
Pre-treatment and finishing
E-coating line for steel, powder coating for aluminium and steel, hand-brush finishing for cast aluminium, and woven PE wicker in a controlled colour range.
-
04
Upholstery and cushion production
In-house cutting and sewing with 20D–24D foam cores, spun-poly and olefin fabrics, and quick-dry options for contract and hospitality use.
-
05
Quality control and testing
Incoming material inspection, in-line checks at every station, 100% pre-shipment inspection, plus UV, salt-spray, load and drop testing.
-
06
Export packing and documentation
Drop-test cartons for container and mail-order channels, mixed-container loading plans, and full export documentation support.
Our own plant, not a trading desk.
Six stages, no subcontracting.
Every stage below runs inside our own 40,000 m² facility. Nothing is sent out, which is why we can hold tolerance, protect your design and commit to a delivery date.
-
01
Tube cutting & bending
CNC tube and flat-bar cutting, mandrel bending and jig-based forming to drawing tolerance.
-
02
Welding & jig assembly
Robotic and manual TIG welding on fixed jigs, so every frame in a run is identical.
-
03
E-coating & powder coating
In-house pre-treatment, e-coat line for steel, powder topcoat for aluminium and steel, RAL / Pantone matching.
-
04
Hand weaving
PE wicker and rope woven over welded frames, with matched tension and colour across a production run.
-
05
Upholstery & cushions
In-house cutting and sewing, 20D–24D foam cores, spun-poly, olefin and quick-dry constructions.
-
06
Inspection, packing & loading
100% pre-shipment inspection, carton drop testing, optimised container loading and full export documentation.
Fifty-six seconds on the floor.
Hand weaving, cushion sewing and the e-coat line, filmed in our own workshops. No stock footage, no renderings — this is the plant your order would run in.
From your drawing to a loaded container.
We develop samples from technical drawings, reference samples, renderings or sketches, and run private-label programmes with your branding, packaging and compliance requirements from the first prototype.
Brief & feasibility
You send a drawing, reference sample, rendering or market brief with target price and volume. We review construction, material and cost feasibility.
Prototype
Our sample workshop builds the first piece — typically 10–15 days. Photos and measurements are shared for your review; revisions included.
Approval & specification lock
Sample signed off, specification sheet, colour references, packing method and warranty terms locked into the order.
Production & in-line QC
Scheduled across four lines with in-line inspection at each station and progress reports.
Pre-shipment inspection
100% pre-shipment inspection, carton drop test, and third-party inspection welcomed.
Loading & documentation
Optimised container loading plan, photos of loaded containers, and complete export documentation.
Six checkpoints before anything ships.
Quality is built into the line, not inspected in at the end. Every order passes the same six gates, and every carton is traceable back to the station and date that produced it.
Incoming material
Aluminium and steel stock, wicker reels, foam, fabric and hardware are checked against specification before release to production.
In-line
Welds, dimensions, weave tension, coating thickness and seat geometry are checked at each station against the approved sample.
Finishing
Powder-coat adhesion and colour, e-coat coverage, hand-brush consistency and cushion sewing are inspected in batches.
Pre-shipment
100% inspection of finished goods: stability, load, hardware, hardware bag contents, carton integrity and carton drop test.
Testing
UV exposure, salt-spray corrosion, static and dynamic load, and drop testing. Third-party lab testing (SGS / BV / Intertek) arranged on request.
Traceability
Every carton carries a batch code linking it to its inspection record, so any issue can be traced back to station and date.
The details buyers ask about.
Finishes, materials and packing are specified per market. These are the standards our programmes are built to — tell us your market and we will confirm the exact configuration.
- 01
Frame finish
Powder coating over pre-treated metal — e-coat for steel, chromate-free pre-treatment for aluminium. Hand-brushed finishing available on cast aluminium for a brushed-metal appearance.
- 02
Weave & rope
High-density PE wicker tested to 2,000 hours UV. Solution-dyed rope in round, flat and twisted profiles, UV-stabilised and moisture resistant.
- 03
Cushions & foam
20D–24D foam cores, spun polyester and olefin fabrics with colour-fastness and UV resistance. Quick-dry constructions for contract and hospitality.
- 04
Hardware & fixings
Stainless or zinc-plated fasteners, levelling feet with floor-protection pads, and hardware bags sized to the assembly sequence so retail customers can build in order.
- 05
Packing
Container-optimised cartons, drop-test board grades for mail-order and e-commerce channels, and full mixed-container loading plans.
