Arlington Aluminum 7 Pieces Patio Furniture Wicker Sectional Sofa Set

Arlington is a seven-piece modular sectional, built in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around club chair, armless chair, corner sofa, coffee table and side table with cup holder. The piece count is what the customer buys, and the modularity is what the retailer buys — the same set covers a two-seat terrace and a six-seat one.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Seat and back cushions are cut and sewn on site, so foam density, thickness and fabric can change without changing supplier. The club chair measures 84 x 84 x 68 cm. The side table with cup holder measures 83.5 x 31.5 x 56 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification.
