Tahiti is a five-piece dining set, built in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around dining chair and dining table. Dining groups carry the highest order value in an outdoor programme, and the highest expectation on frame rigidity.
A dining group carries load differently from a sofa, so leg geometry, weld penetration and the table-top fixing are the three points we inspect hardest. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The dining chair measures 64.5 x 71 x 87.5 cm. The dining table measures 152.5 x 152.5 x 76.5 cm.
Frame colour, table-top finish, seat fabric and carton artwork are specified per order. Usual channels are garden specialists, patio retail chains and e-commerce; mixed containers across the full range are welcome. We work from a technical drawing, a reference sample or a rendering, and return a sample in 10–15 days.
