Capri 6 Pieces Aluminum Wicker Cushion Patio Conversation Set

Capri is a six-piece conversation set, built in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around arm chair, loveseat, coffee table and side table. Deep-seating groups are where repeat orders come from: the customer who buys one comes back for the dining set.

Frame geometry decides whether deep seating is still comfortable after two seasons, so seat depth and back angle are checked against the approved sample at every station. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The arm chair measures 90.5 x 77 x 82 cm. The side table measures 56 x 56 x 57 cm.

Frame colour, weave tone, cushion fabric, seat cushion thickness and carton artwork are all made to your specification. Programmes are normally container or mixed-container; mail-order packing and drop-test cartons are available for e-commerce channels. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) and buyer factory audits are welcomed on any order.
