Catalonia is a daybed, built in powder-coated aluminium. A daybed doubles as a sunbed, a lounger and a sofa, so it carries a premium beside flat seating in the same showroom.

A backrest that drops flat puts load into a hinge line, so the frame carries a full-length support rather than relying on the mechanism alone. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Seat and back cushions are cut and sewn on site, so foam density, thickness and fabric can change without changing supplier. The main piece measures 74 x 209 x 73 cm. The configuration converts between uses, so one model covers two merchandising stories.

Frame colour, cushion fabric, backrest mechanism and carton artwork are specified per order. Sold through patio retail and hospitality; mixed containers with loungers and seating are common. Samples are typically 10–15 days from an approved drawing, reference sample or rendering.
