Costa Maya 6 Peices Aluminum Wicker Cushion Sectional Set

Costa is a six-piece modular sectional in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around corner sofa, armless sofa and ottoman. Because the pieces separate, a buyer can order the corner alone and add arms later — useful for phased projects.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The corner sofa measures 85 x 85 x 64 cm. The ottoman measures 73 x 73 x 29 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification. Typical buyers are garden retailers, e-commerce sellers and hospitality projects; we quote full containers or mixed loads paired with dining and seating lines.
