Lipton 5 Pieces Steel Wicker Cushion Outdoor Sectional Set

Lipton is a five-piece modular sectional, built in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated steel frame. The set is built around sofa, single arm sofa, ottoman and coffee table. Because the pieces separate, a buyer can order the corner alone and add arms later — useful for phased projects.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. Steel is e-coated before the powder topcoat — the combination that holds up in coastal air and freeze-thaw markets. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The sofa measures 183 x 67.5 x 63.5 cm. The coffee table measures 104 x 54 x 37.5 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification.
