Luna Aluminum 4PCS Rope Cushion Sectional Set

Luna is a four-piece modular sectional in solution-dyed rope over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set comprises corner sofa, left arm loveseat, right arm loveseat and coffee table. The piece count is what the customer buys, and the modularity is what the retailer buys — the same set covers a two-seat terrace and a six-seat one.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The corner sofa measures 133.5 x 78 x 71.5 cm. The coffee table measures 124 x 65 x 33 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification. Typical buyers are garden retailers, e-commerce sellers and hospitality projects; we quote full containers or mixed loads paired with dining and seating lines. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) and buyer factory audits are welcomed on any order.
