Palermo 6 Pieces Steel Wicker Cushion Sectional Set

Palermo is a six-piece modular sectional, built in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated steel frame. The set is built around left/right arm sofa, corner sofa, rectangular. Table and ottoman. Modular matters commercially: one SKU covers a straight run and a corner, so a retailer carries less stock for the same floor coverage.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. Steel is e-coated before the powder topcoat — the combination that holds up in coastal air and freeze-thaw markets. Seat and back cushions are cut and sewn on site, so foam density, thickness and fabric can change without changing supplier. The left/right arm sofa measures 108 x 61 x 79 cm. The ottoman measures 39 x 39 x 35 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification.
