Tahiti 5 Pieces Aluminum Cushion Garden Conversation Set

Tahiti is a five-piece conversation set, built in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around club chair, coffee table and side table. This is the volume line in most outdoor programmes — one chair, one two-seater or sofa and a table, sized to a normal terrace.

Frame geometry decides whether deep seating is still comfortable after two seasons, so seat depth and back angle are checked against the approved sample at every station. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The club chair measures 88 x 95.5 x 76.5 cm. The side table measures 53 x 53 x 59 cm.

Frame colour, weave tone, cushion fabric, seat cushion thickness and carton artwork are all made to your specification. Programmes are normally container or mixed-container; mail-order packing and drop-test cartons are available for e-commerce channels. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) and buyer factory audits are welcomed on any order.
