Tivoli is a four-piece conversation set, built in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around club chair, loveseat and coffee table. A modular or multi-piece seating group is the highest-value line most outdoor retailers carry, and the one that anchors the rest of the range.

Frame geometry decides whether deep seating is still comfortable after two seasons, so seat depth and back angle are checked against the approved sample at every station. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Seat and back cushions are cut and sewn on site, so foam density, thickness and fabric can change without changing supplier. The club chair measures 78 x 79 x 78.5 cm. The coffee table measures 65.5 x 109.5 x 36.5 cm.

Frame colour, weave tone, cushion fabric, seat cushion thickness and carton artwork are all made to your specification. Programmes are normally container or mixed-container; mail-order packing and drop-test cartons are available for e-commerce channels.
