Tyler 4 Pieces Aluminum Wicker Cushion Patio Sectional Set

Tyler is a four-piece modular sectional in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around corner sofa, armless sofa and ottoman. Modular matters commercially: one SKU covers a straight run and a corner, so a retailer carries less stock for the same floor coverage.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Seat and back cushions are cut and sewn on site, so foam density, thickness and fabric can change without changing supplier. The corner sofa measures 90 x 90 x 758 cm. The ottoman measures 80 x 75 x 30 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification. Typical buyers are garden retailers, e-commerce sellers and hospitality projects; we quote full containers or mixed loads paired with dining and seating lines. Samples are typically 10–15 days from an approved drawing, reference sample or rendering.
