Westfield Aluminum Wicker Cushion Conversation Sectional Set

Westfield is a modular sectional in hand-woven PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around arm chair, coffee table and side table. Modular matters commercially: one SKU covers a straight run and a corner, so a retailer carries less stock for the same floor coverage.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The arm chair measures 90.5 x 77 x 82 cm. The side table measures 56 x 56 x 57 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification. Typical buyers are garden retailers, e-commerce sellers and hospitality projects; we quote full containers or mixed loads paired with dining and seating lines.
