Zadar 3 Piece Aluminium Rope Deep Seating Cushion Sectional Set

Zadar is a three-piece modular sectional in solution-dyed rope over a powder-coated aluminium frame. The set is built around chair and table. The piece count is what the customer buys, and the modularity is what the retailer buys — the same set covers a two-seat terrace and a six-seat one.

Every piece in a sectional run has to line up, so frames are welded on fixed jigs rather than fitted together on the day. The aluminium frame is welded and powder coated in-house, so colour matches across a repeat order instead of being re-matched each time. Cushion cores are 20D–24D foam, cut and sewn in-house from spun-polyester or olefin, with a quick-dry construction available for contract work. The chair measures 68.5 x 129.5 x 72.5 cm. The table measures 61 x 61 x 35.5 cm.

Frame colour to RAL or Pantone, weave tone, cushion fabric and colour, logo plate and carton artwork are all open to specification. Typical buyers are garden retailers, e-commerce sellers and hospitality projects; we quote full containers or mixed loads paired with dining and seating lines. Samples are typically 10–15 days from an approved drawing, reference sample or rendering.
